DPD Delivery is Free on orders over £100*
Our order cut off time for next day DPD delivery is 4.00pm and Royal Mail 4.00pm.
We only ship Monday to Friday, so if you order on a Saturday your order will not leave us until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday with the exception of bank holidays.
Orders Shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, unless you upgrade to Saturday delivery.
DPD deliveries are fully trackable, so please make sure you enter your mobile number to receive text notifications.

*Extra Shipping charges will apply depending on the value of your order and location. You will be given the options available at checkout.
Customers in Northern Ireland will have shipments downgraded to 2 days, but options are available for next day delivery.

Order cut off time 10am for same day dispatch Monday - Friday.

All our orders are packaged under CCTV, so if there are any discrepancies with the item/items you have received, please contact us and we can check and resolve quickly.
You should check all the items you receive for any defects and report any problems to us as soon as possible and we will work with our suppliers to resolve ASAP.
If your delivery looks to be damaged or the packaging is torn or open, please make sure the DPD driver records this when you sign for your items as we won’t be able to make a claim later if you sign for the goods being in good condition.
DPD may offer to leave you parcel with a neighbour or in a “safe place” if you choose this option it then becomes your responsibility. We will not be liable for any missing packages or items.
If your items do not arrive, please report ASAP and we can check the tracking. Royal Mail items regularly take 7-10 days to arrive.
